I bought a CD self-hypnosis for the preparation of the birth. Can I still listen?
I am 28 weeks pregnant. It is said instructions on listening to 32 weeks, without further explanation. This company has other CD's for relaxation pregnancy, adapted to earlier than 32 weeks. Do you think they are simply promoting their own products or would it be safe to listen to my CD from earlier than 32 weeks?
Hello Maggie, it would be difficult to say without knowing what the subconscious where orders. Did - you heard the tape yet? You will be ok - just skip the edication (physical relax) and any movement that you yakes stepping on & listen to orders it gives that should help you understand why?
