
How about if you could use the power of your own idea for weight loss? No more books weight loss or diets. And more importantly, no sense of guilt if you do indulge in the forbidden!
This is possible. It is possible to harness the power of your mind to think thin. As you see thinner and thinking thin, you are conditioning the subconscious mind to cause a change in eating habits. That's it - no cheating, no magic pill. Hypnosis is used to demonstrate how an ability to see yourself as you want to be possible program and thus reached. All you have to do is believe in yourself and that change is possible.
What is the word that comes to mind when you try to slip into a dress for a date and you are unable to trace the zipper or buttons are so widespread, they could pop, you know you think "I'm so big, I do not want to be fat anymore" - the word fat should be eliminated from your vocabulary. Why? Because when you use the word fat, your subconscious thinking "okay, fat = cream cakes, chocolate, etc." and if you put in place a process of thought negative. On the other hand, "I want to be thinner" is more positive because the subconscious mind is now thinking "what is thinner, thin = better food choices, exercise.
How many times did you eat something fattening and thought "why I eat it. " With hypnosis you become more aware of what you eat. A mantra like "I can take it or leave it I can but I prefer to leave" and give you control. You've made the decision that you really do not want to eat. It includes learning to listen to your body. What that your body wants. During pregnancy, women give their cravings because they feel the baby wants it. The children watch, they eat what they want when they want. They have not been conditioned to eat by the clock until they go to school then learn the answers to the bell. So we too are like Pavlov's dogs (a scientist who conditioned dogs to saliva at the sound of the bell rather than food). Attention weekend and all food service areas have lines of people waiting to eat between the hours of 12 to 2. Why? Because it's lunchtime common for majority of 9 to 5 workers.
The purpose of the use of hypnosis is to break the link emotionally with food. Part of this process, you're visualizing that you want to be - I saw him getting thinner. Think "thin" refers the idea of thinking like a thin person - I can take it or leave it and I prefer to leave it. I really want to do this now? Is it my mood? What has caused my mood? In consideration for the emotion that drives the answer to eat unconsciously.
The little exercise is a great way to prove to yourself the power of your mind and how it may influence your choice.
Take a deep breath and hold for the mental 4 and release the breath. To do this, 2 times and gently close the eyes to the 3rd round.
Count down from 1 to 10.
Tense and publish your muscles from your toes and feet and working up to the very top of your head.
Think that the words "calm and relaxed."
Imagine a table full of all foods and beverages you know are bad for you. Note the flatness of the food - various shades of brown.
Near the table, there is an incinerator and it is on fire, ready to use.
Now threw all the food and drinks to the table in the incinerator - all foods and beverages you know are bad for you.
When the table is clear, see all the foods you should eat and the water notice - notice all the dynamic colors and feel the energy from these foods.
Now place a frame around the image and place check large side - it is a demonstration to your subconscious that are food Now that you desire.
Now you see as you want to be - thinner, more curved, looking fabulous.
Place image alongside good food.
Hold that image and where you feel good in this picture. Note in your body - is it your head, chest, stomach and the feeling of being bigger, brighter and colorful.
Feel wonderful.
The count was 10 to 1 and return to full consciousness. Take a moment to focus fully and to the point of the image of good, colorful food and water and the wonderful picture of you because you can be as you become.
So, do you see thin and I lost weight, are turning to hypnosis to help you develop this image.
